-Skip a delivery or cancel your schedule

We only accept cancellations for orders that haven’t been processed yet. Once your order’s being picked, packed, and prepped for shipment, we can’t cancel or change it. To keep our quality top-notch, all sales are final, and returns aren’t accepted. Double-check your details before hitting that checkout button. We appreciate your understanding!

Slice has a shelf life of 6 months. For peak flavor and quality, be sure to consume it by the best-by date stamped on the can. 

We ship Slice via FedEx Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays (no weekend deliveries). Our soda is kept chilled but ships safely without ice. Please pop it in the fridge when it arrives and keep it cold until you're ready to enjoy!

Currently, we ship within the continental U.S. only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or military installations (APO/FPO addresses) at this time. 

Slice is vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher. While we use some organic ingredients, Slice is not certified organic. We’re proud to provide a soda that’s delicious and mindful of diverse dietary needs!

Slice is best kept refrigerated to lock in those probiotics and gut health benefits! While it ships safely without ice, be sure to pop it in the fridge upon arrival and keep it cold until you're ready to enjoy!
